JIA ARCHITECTURE is a boutique architecture design studio established in Brisbane. We provide a full range of architectural and interior design services. Our team has an enthusiasm for continuous innovation. We’re open minded and treat every project with sincerity, listening to and understanding customer needs from project constraints, direction, budgets, time frames, compliance to construction phase.
‘JIA’ stands for ‘home’ in Chinese. We carry the understanding of the “home” and bring those emotions into design, form and function. No matter the project, we aim to achieve harmony through this design philosophy. We strongly believe that harmony can influence people’s lifestyle, whilst bringing extra life and value to a home or project.
ABOUT LANCE JIA
Lance is an experienced Architect with a broad range of project exposure, notably within commercial, retail and residential developments. In addition to his design experience, Lance has demonstrated expertise in project management and interior design, having attained a secondary major in the latter as part of his university studies. A passionate and dedicated professional, Lance attained Registration as an Architect in Queensland in 2017.
