The client/builder engaged us to provide design and documentation for disability housing in Birkdale. Having previous experience in the development of this accommodation, these dwellings were designed and built to meet strict NDIS requirements. We are very familiar with the building code and not limited to just providing standard design compliance, as we also consider innovative architectural design to suit the markets demand.
